Due to this quarantine, we have got an excellent opportunity to do something creative. Just like we start our blogging. And many more things to do online. It is an opportunity to learn something new. And most of the people have already started their work. In this world, nothing is hard to do except one thing i.e., knowing our self. Reading a book is easy BUT reading ourself is very hard. But not impossible. Start reading urself through meditation. This is the only way to meet yourself. We have an inner strength more than outer. But the fact is no one knows that. Lockdown के वक्त घर बैठे क्या करे?

इस lockdown मे घर बैठणा हो गया है मुश्कील. वैसे बोहत सारी चीजे है करनेको. जैसे की Books पड़ना, Drawing निकालना, TV देखना. और बोहत सारे लोग या students यही करते है. और कुछ students पढा़ई भी करते है. लेकीन....कब तक पढा़ई करे. इससे भी बोर होजाय तो. तो बस कुछ ना कुछ timepass यां फिर मैं ये कहू की time waste करते रहते है. सब को पता है timepass करना अच्छी बात नही. लेकीन फिर करे क्या?  दुनिया में एक कार्य ऐसा भी है जो कभीभी कोईभी बीना time देखे कर सकता है. "योग"....योग याने ध्यान जो घर बैठे भी कर सकते है. इसके लिए किसीको हिमालय जाने की जरूरत नही. या किसी institute जाने की जरूरत है. बस आपको ये पता चल जाए की ध्यान किया कैसे जाता है. ध्यान.करने से क्या होता है, क्या लाभ होता है.  अब आप कहेंगे की "इस मे क्या सिखना, ध्यान तो कोई भी कर सकता है". सही है आपका कहना पर सही ध्यान योग कैसें किया जाता है? कैसे अपने शरीर मेंं स्थित चक्रों को जागृत किया जाता है? ये सब आप सहजयोग के माध्यम से सिख सकते है. इसके लिए कही जाने की जरुत नही. बस उपर दिए हुए toll free number पर call करन

How to relax our mind?

Relaxation is condition in which our mind flow in piece of silence. When will we relax our mind? Is there any time fix? Actually NO. Whenever our mind start thinking, we have to stop it there where there is. But later we again start to think. Our mind comes in motion again. So it's hard to control our mind from outer thinks but not impossible. We have that quality and ability to control it. And for it Nothing we have to do except MEDITATION.  Meditation is just like a Medicine. Medicine gives relief from our health related problems. It give relief from our physical injuries. And meditation gives relief from our mind issues. Who meditate daily that person seems always happy and tension free. And now in 21st century, their are people who don't get leave from their daily activity. They are always busy in their their life.
