How to relax our mind?

Relaxation is condition in which our mind flow in piece of silence. When will we relax our mind? Is there any time fix? Actually NO. Whenever our mind start thinking, we have to stop it there where there is. But later we again start to think. Our mind comes in motion again. So it's hard to control our mind from outer thinks but not impossible. We have that quality and ability to control it. And for it Nothing we have to do except MEDITATION. 
Meditation is just like a Medicine. Medicine gives relief from our health related problems. It give relief from our physical injuries. And meditation gives relief from our mind issues. Who meditate daily that person seems always happy and tension free. And now in 21st century, their are people who don't get leave from their daily activity. They are always busy in their their life. But in their busy schedules they must save their precious time for meditation. As like, by physical exercise we feel good better and by meditation we feel good but not from only outside, inside too. Our mind is calm.
Meditation is a need for today's lifestyle.
Do meditation daily and make your mind relax. And enjoy life in joy.
